These are the terms for using this website. They are not the terms of a booking: if your company books accommodation through us, we confirm those terms to you in writing at the time.
Who we are
This website is operated by Next Move Services Ltd, trading as Next Move Stays, registered in England and Wales, company number 12543642. Our registered office is 255 Park Rd, Peterborough, PE1 2UT.
Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean. Where they say “you”, they mean anyone using this website.
About these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update them, and the date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
What this website is for
This website exists to explain what we do and to let you send us an accommodation requirement. It is not a booking system. Nothing on it reserves accommodation, takes payment, or confirms availability.
We arrange corporate accommodation. The accommodation itself is owned and operated by others, and we are honest about that throughout the site.
Enquiries, quotations and availability
Sending us an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is the start of a conversation.
Anything shown on this website, and anything we discuss before a booking is confirmed, is an invitation to enquire rather than a binding offer. Prices, availability and what is included are only fixed once we confirm them to you in writing for your specific dates. Availability genuinely does change, sometimes within a day.
We may decline an enquiry, and we will tell you if we cannot help rather than leaving you waiting.
Bookings are a separate agreement
If your company goes on to book accommodation through us, that booking is governed by the terms we confirm to you in writing at the time, together with any terms the property operator applies. Those terms cover the things a booking actually turns on: dates, payment, cancellation, changes and conduct during the stay.
These website terms do not replace them, and nothing on this page should be read as the terms of a booking.
Email subscriptions
When you send us an enquiry you can also ask us to send you our emails. Ticking that box is optional, it is never a condition of getting a quotation, and leaving it unticked changes nothing about how we deal with your requirement.
The emails are free. They carry general information about corporate accommodation: what to plan for, what tends to go wrong, and what other companies ask us. They are not advice on a particular placement, and nothing in them is an offer, a quotation or a confirmation of availability. Anything specific to your requirement is what we put in writing to you.
You can unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in it or by emailing hello@nextmovestays.co.uk. We may change what the emails cover, and we may stop sending them.
What we do with your details, how long we keep them and your rights over them are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or disable it
- Submit false information, or enquire on behalf of somebody without their knowledge
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you are not authorised to reach
- Introduce anything malicious, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site
- Copy substantial parts of the site to reproduce elsewhere
We may withdraw access to the site if you breach these terms.
Accuracy of the information here
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do. It is not advice, and you should not treat it as the basis for a decision without talking to us about your particular requirement.
If you spot something on the site that looks wrong, please tell us. We would rather fix it than leave it.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we use or refer to, including our booking platform and mapping services. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Our content
The text, design, photography, logo and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce our content commercially or present it as your own without our written permission.
Our responsibility for loss or damage
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of opportunity. We provide the website as it is, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
This section covers use of the website. Our responsibilities in relation to a confirmed booking are dealt with in the booking terms, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
