Next Move Stays arranges corporate accommodation in Peterborough for companies whose people need somewhere decent to live while they work away from home.
Most companies solve this with hotels, because hotels are easy to book. Then the stay runs to three weeks, the expenses pile up, and somebody is living out of a suitcase with no kitchen and nowhere to work. It is expensive and it is miserable, and the person it happens to rarely says so.
We do the other thing. You tell us where your people need to be, when, how many and for how long. We come back with accommodation that actually suits the stay, invoiced to the company, with one person owning it from the first call to the last check-out.
Where we work
Peterborough and the surrounding area. Being local is the point: we know the roads, the sites, and how long it really takes your people to get to work in the morning.
If a requirement is outside the area, we say so rather than taking a booking we cannot look after properly.
The accommodation is owned and operated by others. We arrange it, and we take ownership of the stay.

How we work
Small on purpose
One person. One requirement. No handover.
There is no account management layer here, no portal to learn and no ticket queue. When you send a requirement it is read by the person who will handle it, and that stays true from the first call to the last check-out.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and that is when enquiries, options and invoices get dealt with. Support during a stay is not held to those hours: if something goes wrong at two in the morning, somebody answers.
It also has an advantage, and it is the reason companies stay with us: nothing gets lost in a handover, because there is no handover.
