Where we arrange accommodation
We arrange accommodation for teams working across the UK, from our base in Peterborough. Send us the site postcode and the dates, and we will tell you what we can find within a sensible commute of the site, or give you a straight answer if nothing suitable is available.
Peterborough
The city we are based in and know best, and where we can often start with accommodation we arrange regularly. On the East Coast Main Line and just off the A1(M), with everything a stay of weeks depends on close to hand. The location page covers serviced accommodation in Peterborough for working stays, what day-to-day life is like for a working guest, and who bases people here.

Working somewhere new?
Requirements move around and so do projects. If the next job is somewhere new, start with the site, the dates and how many people, and we will take it from there.
Sending people to London or Birmingham? The pages on corporate accommodation in London and corporate accommodation in Birmingham set out what is different about working in either one.
How we look for accommodation near your site
We work outwards from the site, not from our office. The postcode you send is the centre of the search, and the commute decides what makes the list.
Tell us how the team will travel, too. A crew sharing two vans needs different parking from four people arriving by train, and we look with that in mind.
If the site is in a town nobody on your side knows, our guide to finding accommodation near a work site covers what to check before you choose.
Project dates often move. When yours do, tell us as soon as you know, and we will look at extending the stay or finding somewhere nearby.
What comes back to you:
- Homes, serviced apartments or hotels near the site, sourced from hosts and operators in that area
- A plain answer when nothing suitable is available, rather than a long commute dressed up as an option
- One contact who stays with the requirement until everyone has checked out
Sending a crew to site? Our page on contractor accommodation covers what site teams usually need.
Writing a brief? The guide to briefing an accommodation supplier lists what to include, and how it works sets out each step.
